Charming Hotel with Excellent Service
helpful staff perfect location fine view many options
I found the staff genuinely helpful. They provided a map and excellent guidance around the area! The location was perfect. It was very close to major attractions and transportation, which saved a lot of time. I also really liked the rooftop lounge. It had fine views. Breakfast offered many options. I could always find something I enjoyed.
The bathroom was a bit small, I found it a bit difficult to maneuver.

amazing experience!
tram station blue mosque
the hotel is right in front of the tram station and across from the blue mosque! i got a room on the 4th floor. it included a view of the blue mosque, very nice!!!
the rooms felt very small. i asked for a larger room and needed to pay extra. even this room wasn't spacious.

lovely moments at every turn
warm welcome helpful staff great view
The welcome was so warm, they offered refreshments as i waited to check in and again when i departed. the staff were so friendly and helpful. They were really good. the location was ideal for transport, especially with my son to watch football. the rooftop lounge with its iconic surroundings offered a GREAT view.
the ac blew HARD on one of the beds, and i COULD not adjust the direction of the airflow at all.

breakfast had such a large selection, it was probably the biggest i had EVER seen. there was lots of variety, with fresh ingredients used each day. i also appreciated the area with different coffee, juice, and tea, all free.

The hotel's location is superb, walking distance to all major attractions. it is directly across the street from the tram. views from the terrace are fine. It overlooks hagia sophia and the blue mosque. they also provided complimentary water in the lobby.

The staff is excellent. They are genuinely kind and helpful. they assisted with everything i needed. they scheduled taxis to the airport for us, and our flight was quite early. they prepared sandwiches, juice, and fruit for us to take, an amazing touch

The location was acceptable. It was close to major attractions.
The room i booked, a standard double or twin room, felt quite cramped. the bathroom was small. Using the facilities felt awkward. furthermore, the noise from the nearby tram was disruptive, preventing restful sleep.

The location is a definite plus, near the tram stop. it was easy to get around from there. the staff were helpful with directions. They provided useful information. the rooftop terrace had nice views.
The room i had felt quite small, though manageable. there was some noise from the nearby tram. i noticed a slight odor in the bathroom at times. It wasn't constant.

i appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. they offered helpful recommendations for local attractions. the rooftop terrace provided amazing views of the hagia sophia, the blue mosque, and the bosphorus. breakfast was delicious with plenty of tasty options.
the bathroom in my room was rather small. it made moving around a little difficult.

The staff were all friendly and courteous (this was nice). Breakfast at the hotel had slight variations each day.
The room was small. Our carry-on bags barely fit without blocking the way. This lack of space made it difficult to move around comfortably.
